All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (please note we do not fulfill orders on national U.S. holidays, or weekends) and will then be in the hands of USPS.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS NEVER DELIVERED OR IS DAMAGED?

We are NOT responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If you believe your package was lost or damaged in transit, please log onto www.usps.com to file a missing package or damaged package claim. In addition, please email us at info@shopohboutique.com with a Subject Line of: Lost or Damaged. We will try our best to help locate your order or with damages.
